Wanquan Factory Insight: Crafting a High-Quality PP Rainwater Module
2024-10-06
The core raw material for PP rainwater modules is polypropylene pellets. To guarantee the strength, durability, and environmental performance of the modules, we exclusively use high-quality virgin polypropylene pellets that comply with national environmental standards, strictly prohibiting the use of recycled or inferior materials.
First, the inspected polypropylene pellets are fed into the machine's hopper, where they are heated to high temperatures until liquefied. The injection molding machine then injects the molten polypropylene into a custom mold under high pressure according to pre-set parameters. After a period of cooling and solidification, the mold opens to reveal a fully formed PP rainwater module.
he PP rainwater modules are transported to the finished product warehouse for storage. To prevent moisture absorption and deformation under pressure, the warehouse is designed for ventilation and dryness. Modules are stacked by specification and production batch, with each stack not exceeding 1.5 meters in height and placed on moisture-proof pallets.
Upon receiving a customer order, warehouse staff quickly locate the corresponding module batch, conduct quantity tallying and visual reinspection. After confirmation, specialized strapping is used to securely bundle the modules, preventing dislodgment or impact during transportation.
